Fruitful Smoothie Bowl

Serves 4

Easy to make! Allergen Friendly.  Nutritionally balanced. The flavor is very fruit-forward (you don’t even taste the spinach!), and the texture is creamy and refreshing. The heart-healthy ground flax seed makes this smoothie bowl very filling, as well!

Smoothie Ingredients:
1-1/2 cups fresh or Frozen Wild blueberries
1-1/2 cups frozen, organic strawberries
1/2 -1 avocado (or frozen)
2 cups baby spinach leaves or 1/2 cup frozen
2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
2 TBS ground flax seeds or chia seeds
1 cup unsweetened macadamia milk (add more as needed for desired consistency)
1 teaspoon MCT oil

1 Scoop Fit 365 vanilla Protein powder or powder of choice.  Add at very end AFTER fruit blended as to not denature the protein.    


Top with:

Blueberries
Strawberries
Chia seeds/Hemp Seeds
Shredded coconut

 

Directions: 
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Then add protein powder.  Pour the smoothie in a bowl, and top creatively with blueberries, strawberries, chia seeds, and shredded coconut.
