"My personal journey in Positive Psychology began with a gratitude journal. As I reaped the benefits from this simple, daily practice, I was compelled to share it with others. I have always used journals for my personal growth and emotional well-being. I dreamed of writing a book, so I stepped out with a small beginning and wrote a weekly blog called "Tuesday Talk". I combined the knowledge from my training in Positive Psychology with my blogs and created "Savor the Day". I want to inspire others to use this journal as a tool to help them navigate the sea of life, experience positive emotion, give them hope, and help them flourish."
